I stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. The room appeared to be clean at first glance and the fitness center was very nice with a variety of equipment. The first night I was there, I found a bloody tooth on the floor beside the bed. The next night I noticed droplets of blood on the bottom of the duvet cover that I'm assuming had something to do with the tooth. There was mold behind the door frame. There were stains on the towels and it appeared that they had not been washed. I also found ants in my suitcase! The coffee was not replaced in my room after the first night and when I asked the front desk girl for some she rudely informed me that coffee was available in the lobby 24/7. It was clear that I had disturbed her from playing on her phone when she had to get up and get me coffee. This hotel is absolutely ridiculous for the price and I would definitely not recommend it!
Bathroom flooded maintenance man was off housekeeping just thru towels on the floor, so we coyldnt shower or use restroom Waited 2hrs for maintenance man to come in and he never showed, so we asked for manager/asst manager and we were told neither was there and they had no idea when either would be in, so we could call back later to address our concerns. I left, but believe me Im going back 89.99 NO BATHROOM AND NO SHOWER FOR US OR OUR KIDS, HIGHLY PISSED. Wish I had taken picts of the filthy towels she put down to soak up the water off the floor, so we didnt want to walk on them barefooted!!!!
Uhmmm... the first room was not clean. The bed wasn't made and there was trash in both trashcans. Front desk clerk made smart remark under her breath but wouldn't repeat it. 2nd room was infested with lady bugs, there was hair on the sides of the tub, the chair in the room looks like it came from a dumpster. Very old facility. They are in need of serious upgrades. Pro: Bed was very comfortable! They allowed late check out at no extra charge.
Hotel was a tad dated. But was clean. Had a very nice breakfast. Host checking us in was super nice and the host checking out could never be seen unless you hollered at the front counter.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Best place to stay around this exit. Decent though unspectacular breakfast buffet. Look closely at some corners and you will see some signs of an older property but they did a good job of renovations. Flat screen TV. Power outlets with USB ports by the bed. Highly recommend staying here as it's the best place I've stayed at near the race track/ CMP.
