So much quicker than the big stores when you need only a few things. Check-out lady super fast!! But, you need to correct name. This is now Piggly Wiggly.
Employees are friendly, but store is limited in stock and not particularly well maintained. Prices are reasonably good despite limited selection. Had to change cooking plans when several ingredients are simply not stocked and the chicken thighs in the butcher shop still had feathers.
Myself & family have been shopping there for over 25 years being they can not be truthful on the prices cashier over charge people on things guess we will shop elsewhere, yesterday 12/ 15 / 17 they had Land O Frost DeliShaved 9oz ham & chicken two for 4.00 after checking the receipt I was charged 4.00$$ for the 9oz pack of Ham be shure to keep a eye on the cashier when you check out prices may be marked one price in the meat department an another price at the cash register !! iF they don't make it right with us come Monday ill take my shopping to Oxford out of Talladega co, area !! Other than the prices being off getting higher the owners have always friendly & good people was even open back in 93 when we had the big snow storm..
Great hometown grocery store! They pack a lot of stuff into a small store. They have good deals, too. Quick and easy for full grocery shopping trips to that last thing you forgot to get earlier.
Its ok for a grab & go store prices change daily & weekly meat is over priced from time to time no more check cashing was a great store in the 90s
